Order Status

What’s the status of my order?
To check the order status please Go to My Account > Orders and click on the order number to review the status of your order along with the tracking information.

How can I cancel an order after placing it?
If the order is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it and If it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders
If an order has been placed and you want to cancel it then you can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed and is in “processing” status by navigating to My Account > Orders
If the order status has got updated further then it’s not possible to directly cancel it. We suggest you to contact us using chat or email at info@mart4fitness.com

What do the different order status mean?
Order Processing: Order has been placed and is pending for dispatch.
Order In Transit: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and through our shipping partner and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.
Order Complete: Your order has been delivered to you and is now complete.
Pending Payment: This means that you placed an order but have not completed the payment at checkout.
Order Cancelled: The order has been canceled.
Order Refunded: The order amount has been refunded back to you.
