1. What is the Refund Policy in mart4fitness?
We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of receipts of goods if the product delivered was damaged or wrong item was shipped or any damage during transit. If the order is not available with us then we will refund the amount. The product must be unused, unopened with seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How will my refund be processed once I return an item?
If you have paid using an online mode of payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will transfer the money back in your account.
3. How long does it take to process refunds?
Once the reverse pickup is done and the product reaches our warehouse,we will ask for your accounting details and we will process the refund in your account and you will receive it within 2-3 working days from our end.
4. What happens if the product is damaged during transportation or an incorrect item is shipped?
In rare cases of transport damage If you find the carton box damaged/tampered or without the mart4fitness.com branded tape, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action. If the product sent is a wrong item which you did not order then Would request you to please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, MRP Hologram, Batch Number and images of products received with Invoice copy to our customer care at info@mart4fitness.com.
Once we investigate in your matter, we will revert to you within 24-48 hrs. If there is an issue with the quality of product or damage due to the courier service provider, we might raise the concern to the importer or to the courier service provider.
We would require all the details like order number, product details, mode of payment used while purchasing, product invoice copy, intact outer packaging of the product, intact outer seal of the product in order to claim your concern successful.
If you lack to produce any of the above-mentioned details then it would tough at our end to do the investigation.
Once we receive a go ahead from the importer or the courier people we will arrange a reverse pickup.
After positive feedback from Quality Check Team, below is the process
- It will take us 1-2 working daysto pick up the product from your address.
- As reverse pick up is done by standard delivery, it takes minimum 5-7 working daysto get back to our warehouse.
- Upon receiving the product in our warehouse with good product condition as delivered to you, we will process your refund (after initiating a refund, it will take 5-7 working days) or do the replacement (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
Note – As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 7 days along with proper product images and unboxing videos.
